Great joggers but I can’t get any help!

The joggers are great but they are small on me. I’m trying for an exchange but no one is responding to my emails. I really want to love these but the customer service is stopping me from doing that.

They never arrived!!

I ordered some joggers and they never shipped. No correspondence from Aero after my purchase. I tried to email, but to no avail. Bummer!!
